Guidance for Zen Gatherings
Our temple holds Zazen meetings every Saturday from 6 p.m to 8 p.m.
We will happily give a beginner’s explanation for those who have never experienced zazen so you can sit zazen at ease.
Our zazen meeting is ideal for anyone who is interested in zen, and for those who think temple zazen is hard. Please feel free to participate.
We eagerly welcome participants from outside Maesawa, outside Oshu, or even from outside Iwate!
